Hadley joined Farmer Development in September 2025 and also works with AXS Storage, a self-storage company owned by the same team behind Farmer Development. She oversees four storage facilities located in DeWitt, MI; South Haven, MI; Warren, MI; and Chadbourn, NC, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Hadley enjoys songwriting, playing music, spending time with her goldendoodle Waffles, and enjoying life with her husband, Brock.
