Jared has eight years of experience in the construction industry. As a graduate of Michigan Tech University, he received an engineering degree. Starting in high school and continuing through his college years, Jared ran a successful pool installation business. In his spare time, Jared enjoys spending time outdoors and activities such as: hunting, fishing, golfing, and biking. With his eight years in the construction business, Jared’s specialties include engineering, business development, and customer service. At Farmer Development, Jared oversees the estimating, procurement, and delivery of our facilities maintenance and capital improvement projects. Jared takes pride in producing creative solutions that save time and money, making him a key member of our team. Over the past three years, Jared has expanded our service area to the whole Midwest, East Coast, and Southern market areas. He works alongside owners, engineers, maintenance coordinators, and contractors.
As a relatively new member of the construction industry, Zak has developed a deep passion for the work and finds fulfillment in his daily activities. Using his strong communication skills, Zak is able to effectively collaborate with his colleagues, contractors, and clients, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that the project progresses smoothly. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, exercising, cooking, and working around his house.
Sadie Schmaus is a dedicated and efficient Project Manager with a focus on facility maintenance and capital expenditure projects. With a strong background in project management, Sadie excels in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to excellence makes her a valuable asset to any organization. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Sadie is committed to personal growth and work-life balance which makes her a well-rounded and valuable team member.
