of all phases of project management, from initial concept and planning to execution and final delivery. Throughout his career, David Breeding has managed a diverse range of commercial construction projects, specializing in the self-storage industry. He excels in overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, cost control, and quality assurance, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with client objectives and industry standards. David Breeding is a highly qualified project manager in commercial construction. With an Associate’s Degree in Building Technology, a Certificate of Carpentry, and a Residential Builders License for the State of Michigan, he combines technical expertise with a keen eye for detail.

Adam is a dedicated Project Estimator here at Farmer Development, Inc.,
specializing in detailed project take-offs and vendor coordination. With a
strong background in the construction industry, he brings valuable experience
in facilities management, project coordination, and estimating support. A
graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising, Adam
applies his strengths in strategic organization and communication to every
project he works on. Outside of work, you can find him outdoors—playing
soccer, golf, or pickleball, and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
James Anderson Jr. graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from Alma College. He joined the Farmer Development team in April of 2025. Prior to his full-time role, James completed internships with the company during the summers of 2023 and 2024, gaining hands-on experience in the industry. As an assistant project manager, James works alongside project managers with vendors and owners to ensure a smooth project cycle. He brings a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and a commitment to learning. Outside of work, James enjoys hunting, fishing, and helping on his family farm alongside his father and grandfather.
Owen serves as a Project Superintendent at Farmer Development, where he manages daily on-site operations to ensure every project is delivered on time and under budget. A natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Owen launched his first business in high school—an experience that provided him with a foundational mastery of project driving and complex scheduling.
Today, he acts as a vital bridge between owners, engineers, and municipal teams, overseeing the moving parts of the job site with precision. Owen is dedicated to the continuous growth of his field expertise and the success of our clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys weightlifting, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
